Small group classes on mat and equipment designed to tone and strengthen core muscles and improve body alignment and posture using level 1 & 2 exercises.
Small group classes on mat and equipment designed to continue the work of levels 1 & 2 adding level 3 exercises. The flow and rhythm is faster and will help to develop better body awareness and coordination.
Small group classes on mat and equipment designed to continue the work of levels 1, 2, and 3 adding level 4 exercises. The brisk pace of this class improves stamina and strength.
Equipment class size is limited to 3 or 4 people. Mat class size is limited to 8 people. You must pre-register for all classes.
Private sessions are designed by the instructor to meet the needs of the individual client. Instructor will evaluate and discuss posture, movement patterns, areas of strength and weakness, as well as wellness goals with the client. Private sessions will utilize small and large apparatuses and mat exercises to create a well-rounded class for the client. Private sessions can also be directed to prepare you for group equipment classes.
All clients are required to take 3-5 private sessions with a Certified Pilates Instructor (to be determined by instructor) before joining group equipment classes.
Something light and comfortable. Most prefer to dress in layers in case they are warm or cold. Adjust your clothing to your comfort level. No shoes are allowed in the studio. There is a designated place for them in the waiting room. You may consider leaving your purse at home or locked in your trunk or you can bring it in the classroom
