Get Started

To schedule a private session, call or email our office. A staff member will help you make an appointment.

To schedule a group class, click the “Sign up” button on the calendar below. You will be redirected to our online scheduling system; once there you can register.

**Reminder to new clients, we require a minimum of three private sessions prior to registering for any group Pilates equipment classes. Our Pilates Mat classes do not have pre-requisites and are for all fitness levels.**

Download the MINDBODY App to schedule or cancel classes from your Iphone or Android. If you need to cancel for any reason, please do so 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for your session.
